Subscription No Refund and No Cancellation Policy

Thank you for becoming a valued member of the New York Dermatological Society! Please read this Subscription No Refund and No Cancellation Policy carefully before subscribing to any of our services.

1. Subscription Terms:

 

By subscribing to the New York Dermatological Society's membership you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. The subscription term is annually and begins on the date of subscription activation.

2. No Refunds:

 

All subscription fees paid to the New York Dermatological Society are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the services provided.

3. No Cancellation:

 

Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be canceled before the end of the subscription term. You are responsible for the full subscription fee for the entire subscription term, regardless of usage.

4. Auto-Renewal:

 

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of each subscription term. You will be billed automatically for the next subscription term. To avoid auto-renewal, you must cancel your subscription in accordance with the terms specified herein.

5. Cancelation Procedure:

 

As per the no-cancellation policy, subscriptions cannot be canceled before the end of the subscription term. To terminate future auto-renewals, you must provide notice to the New York Dermatological Society in accordance with the terms specified in our cancellation procedures, which may be found on our website.
